The app is quicker. Settings, Account has a copy of your data you can download straight away, and a way to delete your account. Studio business accounts can send a request from Account in Studio.

What happens next

We email a link to the address you gave. Open it to confirm the request is yours.
We say the same thing whether or not that address has an account, so this page cannot be used to find out who is a member.
A person handles every request and may ask a question to make sure it is you before sharing or deleting anything.
Once confirmed, we tell you the date we will answer by.
Some records are kept after deletion, such as payments and safety reports. Our privacy policy describes what and why.
