Earnings and billing

Receipts, statements and billing questions

Short answer

When you pay for a ticket, we email you a receipt. Refunds get their own email. Hosts can see what they earned in the app, and businesses and venues can see what they owe in Studio.

Ticket receipts

After a ticket payment goes through, we email a receipt with the subject Your receipt for followed by the event name. It shows:

  • the admission
  • the service fee, if there was one
  • the total
  • the last four digits of the card, when available
  • the event's refund terms

Receipts are sent even if you have turned off Promotional email in notification settings. They go to the email address on your account.

There is no list of ticket receipts in the app. Keep the email for your records.

Receipts for extras

Extras bought through an event payment link are listed in the app:

  1. On the You tab, tap Your plans.
  2. Tap receipts to open Event purchases.
  3. Tap a purchase to see each item, how many were fulfilled and refunded, and its refund terms.

An item appears once the payment for it is confirmed.

Can't find a receipt

  1. Search your email for Your receipt for and check your spam folder.
  2. Check which address your account uses: on the You tab, tap Settings, then Account.
  3. If it is still missing, open a support case: on the You tab, tap Settings, then Help and legal, then Contact support, then New case, and choose Payment or refund. Give the event name, the date and the amount.

For hosts

Your earnings are on Your earnings, which opens from the Balance card at the top of the You tab. It lists what each event earned under By event, and each transfer under Payouts. See Payout status and holds.

For payout questions, open a support case and choose Earnings or payout.

For Studio desks

In Studio:

  • Creators: Earnings, with tabs for Earnings, Billing, Plan and Agreements.
  • Businesses and brands: Billing, with tabs for Payments and Agreements.
  • Venues: Earnings, with tabs for Earnings and Booking fees.

For help, use Help at the bottom of the Studio sidebar, beside Account.
