Earnings and billing
Fees, payouts, holds, disputes, receipts and plans.
- What nCommunity charges hosts and venues Free events cost nothing. On paid tickets you keep your price and the guest pays a service fee. Venues see any booking fee before accepting.
- Turn on paid events and set up payouts Before you can sell tickets, turn on paid events from the Create tab. Setup happens in a secure form, and we never store bank or ID details.
- Where your money is, payout status and holds Ticket money is held until after your event, then sent to your payout account. Your earnings screen shows each amount's state and any pause.
- Refunds and disputes on your paid events How your refund terms work, what cancelling or removing someone does to your earnings, and what happens when a guest disputes a charge.
- Receipts, statements and billing questions Ticket receipts arrive by email. Hosts see earnings in the app, and Studio desks see what they owe under Earnings or Billing.
